Zeiss CMM – Contura G2
Laurentide is committed to producing quality products to our customers. In accordance with this, Laurentide's Quality division utilizes our Zeiss CMM – Contura G2. The 2460 mm X 1320 mm X 400 mm granite platform has a measuring window of 1600 mm X 1100 mm X 600 mm which makes it ideal for both small and large products. Our Contura G2 is equipped with a scanning XXT measuring head as well as a Touch Trigger measuring head; both of which are capable of measuring products in a 3-D manner. This quality control machine is supported by a CAD based Calypso Measuring Software. With a certified accuracy within five microns, Laurentide takes quality to the next level and will confirm our products to within four decimal places, whether it is in inches or metric units. |
