Welding ServicesManual Welding Services Our state of the art fabrication facility includes fabrication welders as well as robotic welding machines that allows for the manufacturing of a variety of products. Laurentide is certified in carbon steel and aluminum as well as qualified in armor plate, stainless, wear plate, titanium and alloys, copper, and pressure vessel material. Our welding capabilities allow for many different types of welding which include mig, tig and spot welding.
Our welders are qualified and certified per AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code in the welding processes of GMAW, GTAW, FCAW and AWS D1.2 Structural Welding Code for Aluminum in GMAW and GTAW. Robotic Welding Services Robotic welding services are provided by our Motoman EA1900. Our Robot offers a wide variety of welding capabilities that range from 14 gauge sheet metal to unlimited thickness. Our EA1900 contains 6 axes with a Vertical Reach of 3418 mm along with a Horizontal Reach of 1893 mm and is essentially known for its variability reduction. |
