Our Laser Division can accommodate a sheet thickness capacity of 5/8" in mild steel, 1/2
" in stainless steel and 3/8" in aluminum.
Pictured to the right is our TruLaser 3530 which is powered by 4500 amps and contains an
auto-load table increasing efficiency.
With a working range of 5’ in width X 10’ in length and maximum axis speeds of
approximately 170 meters per minute simultaneously, our laser cutting machines
can accommodate cutting plates of all sizes. Cutting 300 inches per minute, our
cutting machines can produce many parts in short periods of time.
Coupled with our low nesting drop percentage and the large size plates permitted on our tables,
Laurentide is committed to providing quality products along with cost savings to customers.
The highly dynamic additional axis in the X direction, known as the Xp axis, makes it
possible to move only the cutting head along with its connections. Because of this,
all travel and positioning motions are carried out considerably more efficiently,
Inevitably offering our customers reduced lead times.
Our lasers are also set with etching capabilities in order to mark products for customers.
Together, the Laurentide Laser Division offers our customers a machine with multiple
capabilities.
