After completely renovating our machine facility in 2007, Laurentide continues to strive to provide our
customers with precision machined products. Our understanding of innovation and utilizing cutting-edge
technology has lead us to the top of many large company's supplier list. Our inventory of CNC machines along
with manual equipment allow us to meet our customer demands.
Our complete fabrication division provides our customers press breaks, hydraulic roll machines and
manual as well as robotic welding capabilities. Our largest break can accommodate plates up to 5/8" mild steel in
thickness and 8'6" in length, with the option of braking thicker plates in shorter distances. Our robotic welder
can accommodate 14 gauge sheet metal up to unlimited thickness, while our manual welders are AWS
Certified.

Our state-of-the-art laser and plasma cutting divisions are operational to handle a vast range of material types
which include aluminum, carbon steel, armor plate, stainless steel, wear plate, titanium and alloys, copper
and pressure vessel material. Our plasmas are equipped with not only standard plasma cutting capabilities but
Oxy-fuel and high definition capabilities as well. Our standard plasma cutting capacity is 2" in thickness, while
our high definition plasma cutting capacity is 1 ¼" in thickness and an oxy-fuel cutting capacity of 7"
In thickness. Our laser cutting division is able to accommodate a metal sheet thickness capacity of 5/8" in mild
Steel, 1/2" in stainless steel and 3/8" in aluminum.

Recent improvements and upgrades to our paint and blast facilities has made our coatings division an integral
part of our business. Equipped with several large climate controlled paint and blast booths, Laurentide is
not only competent in painting and blasting, but casting, powder coating and heat treating services as well.
Our knowledgeable and experienced paint team offer paint coating and primer services in both commercial and
military concentrations. Washer primer, epoxy primer, polyamide primer, industrial enamel coatings, military
spec coatings and CARC painting are just a few of the paint services we offer.
